The University Of Hargeisa and Northstar College signed a Memorandum Of Understanding seeking to activity encourage cooperation between the two organization on the primary premise of training and teaching in the English language.
Northstar College will be training and teaching English language to the students of the University Of Hargeisa, strengthening the medium of instruction at the University Of Hargeisa through teacher and staff training, granting scholarships to 10 students from the University Of Hargeisa (Five for postgraduate students and Five for undergraduate students).
Both institutions agreed to join resources and genuine effort for the mutual benefit of education and teaching.
